See I knew that Earthlink was going to run its 30 days remorse period crap on me and under normal circumstances this would be easy to follow because either you are going to like the service or not but since I never actually had a chance to try out the service I had yet came to a decision.

Now base on their customer service record with me so far Earthlink was dead but who knows their DSL could be a great service so I was willing to give it a try. But that day had come and gone… and just as I predicted Earthlink tried to run its 30 day policy crap on me basically saying that if I cancelled I would have to pay $150 for voiding the contract yada yada… counter move from but this is different as you can probably tell by reading what was probably a Holy Book of my calls to Earthlink.

Counter move by Earthlink sir understand that our policy states blah blah … my counter of Earthlink’s counter move well honestly you are right I should have cancelled my account earlier but I was giving you guys the benefit of the doubt and hoping that you would come through and repair my service….

Well sir, that was nice of but your 30 days remorse period ended two days that right two days ago and we can not comply silence….

Okay time for the kill move well actually if you look over my service record my time which you guys is under 20 days because you *&#@ up the original order and had to sign me up all over again while billing for on the order, and charging me a fee that was not in the initial sign up agreement also over charging me for a service that is not working and last but not least the worst tech support, customer relations that I have ever dealt with in my life… Murder Death Kill, check and check mate….

Oh my, you are right sir I will get on it right away is there anything else that I can help with yes… I read off another Case Number which was about my bill and how long will it be before I receive a refund and she says,” I do not even understand this why did we even charge you?” Exactly is what I said and now you know why I want to cancel my subscription with you guys….
