SunRocket
For the last week in a half now I have been using SunRocket a VOIP company for my main phone usage. I must say that I am quite impress with SunRocket so far, not only is their VOIP service a good one but their tech-support etc is excellent. Great customer support can go along way in this day since so many times good customer support and great customer service are missing. The world has gone mad I tell you. SunRocket as with all VOIP providers takes under 10 mins to set up and before you know you are well on your way to making calls all over the world.
The first few days I was having some problems with drop calls actually the VOIP light on my modem kept going out and never coming back on. After a few days and a few calls to tech-support it appears that issue has been resolved. Now before I had SunRocket I gave Vonage a try and must say that I was not too impressed with their service. Actually the VOIP on Vonage for the few days I had it work well but their customer service suck.
SunRocket also offers a much better package out of the box than Vonage. Besides the typical caller-id, call waiting etc. SunRocket offers you a virtual number, which is basically a second, number not a second line but number for free while it is an extra cost for this feature on Vonage. SunRocket voicemail is a lot better than Vonage you do not have to record a greeting if you do not want to for SunRocket has a nice default greeting. SunRocket do not disturb call features are a treat as well.
Plus for $199.00 your phone bill is paid for the next 12 months and that’s $199.00 not $199.00 plus some hidden fee, tax and all of that crap that goes on your phone bill.
If you have a high-speed internet connection and have not tried VOIP give SunRocket a try you will not be disappointed.
